Responsibilities Include:
- Providing assistance for Sales by recommending Grid4 products which fit customer requirements
- Working with network engineering, network operations and business development by assisting in the development of new products to enhance our sales opportunities
- Project management of key/major accounts sales to coordinate expeditious and seamless implementation of new customers
- Performing site surveys to address the requirements of potential customers
- Providing technical training to sales associates. This includes new and existing sales associates
- Ensuring orders are technically accurate
What we’d like you to bring to the table:
- 5+ years experience in a technical role within a telecommunications organization
Knowledge of T1 framing & line coding, CPE interface both analog and digital, T1 protocols including CAS and ISDN PRI (National 2), VoIP, and LAN/WAN terminology - CPE experience desired in PBX or key systems, data routers/switches or IAD (Intelligent Access Devices)
- Knowledge of IP addressing
- Sales Engineering experience a plus

We’re looking for a local provisioner to help champion the ordering and coordination processes required to on-board customers to Grid4’s network. A successful candidate will posses skills and knowledge used to facilitate number porting, directory listings, toll free porting and switched long distance services. Responsibilities Include:
- Processing customer service order requests for voice and data services
- Monitor, track and coordinate service orders to ensure timely and accurate service activation
- Circuit testing & acceptance from service providers
- Solving difficult, non-routine problems

- Updating databases associated with orders
- Interacting cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams
- Validation of customer’s service address, rate centers and PSAP
