TROY, Mich. – May 15, 2008 – IP Communications Service Provider Grid4 Communications, headquartered in Troy, Mich., recently promoted John Sanderson to Senior Director of Service Delivery.
Mr. Sanderson graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University. He began his telecommunications career with Coast to Coast Telecommunications, a Michigan-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, in 1999. In 2001, he was recruited to join the then new Grid4 Communications. Throughout his career with Grid4, Mr. Sanderson has had a multi-disciplinary experience. In the past seven years, he was engaged to either participate or lead roles in Inside Sales, Customer Care, Provisioning, Field Services, Sales Engineering and various areas of Network Project Management. The pinnacle of his accomplishments to date at Grid4 is his direct or indirect implementation of virtually every current customer.
As Senior Director of Service Delivery for Grid4, Mr. Sanderson will assume global responsibility for the direction of all operations associated with the implementation of Grid4 services to new customers.
