We are pleased to share with you the many exciting ways that Grid4 has grown over the past 5 years, since our very humble beginning. Grid4 Communications began September 10, 2001. One day later, one of the most horrific tragedies struck the nation. The technology section of the stock market had just collapsed a year earlier in 2000. People were unsure of the future. At that time, we saw an opportunity to build a company we wanted to buy from; a company that had a different approach, a business which was a departure from what was being offered by other telecommunication companies. Grid4 Communications began with a small but dynamic team of 5 people, in the basement of my home, working off of wholesale club tables and $10 garage sale chairs. From the very beginning, we married our passion for telecommunications and technology with our core values as people to create what has now become our current Grid4. The company has grown from a reseller of telecommunication products to becoming a full service facilities-based Next Generation Voice Over IP provider. Because of our passion and values, Grid4 has a unique energy that is demonstrated with every call or sale that we make.
